Refund Policy
If we can't deliver, you don't pay. Here is exactly how that works.
Undelivered orders
If an order has not started delivery within 24 hours of payment, contact support for a full refund.
30-day refill guarantee
If your follower count drops below the delivered amount within 30 days, we refill the difference free of charge.
Private profiles
Orders that fail because the target profile was switched to private are eligible for a one-time re-delivery once the profile is public again, rather than a refund.
How to request
Email support@boostfyr.com with your order email and @username. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
